CoinVoice has learned that, according to Decrypt, the encryption investment firm GSR has completed an equity investment in the Swiss investment solutions provider Maverix Securities.

According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will jointly develop digital asset products aimed at institutions and professional investors. The product line will include yield-enhancing structured solutions, encryption index strategies, and derivative tools, among others. As part of the cooperation, GSR's Managing Director Alain Kunz will join the Maverix board. GSR will provide digital asset liquidity and risk management technical support, while Maverix will be responsible for issuing compliant investment products on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX).
