(BVCI) announced that it has signed a formal protocol to complete the acquisition of the crypto assets exchange coin shack by September 1. This is another acquisition for BVCI following its completion of the acquisition of the forex company luminusFX in July, further building an ecosystem for BVCI that encompasses Blockchain R&D, stablecoins, forex, exchange platforms, and physical stores.
