[Coin World] According to CCTV.com, U.S. President Trump made a latest statement on August 14 regarding his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. During an interview with Fox News that day, Trump expressed his belief that Putin would reach an agreement. He also estimated the risk of failing negotiations with Putin to be "25%". Trump further stated that his meeting with Putin on the 15th would lay the groundwork for a second meeting, and if issues were not resolved, sanctions would be implemented. He mentioned that border and land issues would be a process of mutual compromise. Trump did not elaborate on "agreement", "second meeting", or "sanctions". He indicated that he was unsure whether this meeting would reach a consensus on an immediate ceasefire. If so, he would call Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and European leaders. He said that he would hold a press conference after the meeting regardless, but he did not know if it would be a joint press conference.

A fundamental error that needs to be pointed out: a 75% confidence is equivalent to complete uncertainty. This is an obvious game theory fallacy.
