Q1: Hello Ersin, welcome! Can you please introduce yourself and the team?

Ersin: I have a BS degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bogazici University. I have over 20 years of experience in the software & IT industry, as a developer, engineer, sales utive, manager, CEO, entrepreneur. Prior to Heroes Chained, I was the co-founder, chief software architect and lead developer of a top-ten IT and software company of the country.

The co-founders have technical backgrounds mostly, like computer science, ee, etc. They are serial entrepreneurs with an outstanding track record.

I am the co-founder of a top ten software company in the country, for example, together with my brother Erhan, who is a cofounder here too. Then Salih, Alp and Battal have start-up and exit success in the US, Canada, and Turkey. Their last exit was to Iron Mountain, the global giant in Records and Document management.

We established a great game development team, led by great leaders like Mev, the experience includes globally award winning games for Activision, Ubisoft, Super Nintendo, etc.

Q2: Can you please tell us about the game and What makes Heroes Chained unique?

Ersin: HC is a fantasy action RPG where the player is a guild master and gathers heroes.

We have a strong lore. We also combined the deep to master gameplay of games like Magic the Gathering with that of Diablo. Like Baldurs Gate but not turn based, real time action.

You can think of it as Magic TG on adrenaline. Or Baldurs Gate on more adrenaline.

You manage your squad of heroes on the battlefield via skill and spell cards real-time. It is like Hearthstone with adrenaline.

Players own a ‘Guild’ and gather heroes, compete against others, and complete missions to become the ultimate guild in the city of Last Hope! Players can PvE by sending their heroes beyond the walls of the city, to defeat enemies roaming the map, uncover nodes, find dungeons and claim artifacts, complete missions, gather resources and craft gear, etc. Later we will launch PvP mode allowing for Tournaments and Leagues (official or unofficial). Build, explore, trade, battle, team up, socialize.

Q3: Can you please tell us about your roadmap? What have you achieved so far and what to expect in 2024?

Ersin: We started the project two years ago, and have achieved a great deal so far. We had Avalanche Foundation as the main backer. We had other backers, like Kucoin, OKX ventures, YGG SEA, GGG, Avocado guild, Avatar, Kyros, Panony, etc. We won the first ever Avalanche hackathon at the end of 2021. Then we had a huge IDO on Jan 17th 2021 AT records of both Seedify and Avalaunch. We got listed on Huobi Global, Gate.io, Whitebit, etc. We have a strong organic community of 55K Twitter followers. Similar strength on Telegram and Discord.

We had two successful NFT sale batches of Mayinhara heroes. Implemented staking and DeFi programs, released our minigame for the Mayinhara holders as an additional delivery to our roadmap. We had successful test releases of various modes of our game. Now we are releasing the open beta of the full game.

Technically, we will be ready to launch the game in Q1 2024. We will have a busy schedule of marketing, business development activities during launch.
